We can analyse your pricing agreements with your current supply chain and negotiate on your behalf to ensure that all prices are competitive against market rates. New suppliers can also be recommended where advantageous or price agreements are non-existent. 

In many instances on top of the price agreements we can agree scaled rebates based on annual spend. This can often be several thousands of pounds per year. We monitor your spend inline with the agreement terms and ensure rebate payments are correct. 

We can produce a material take off to make ordering materials easier and more effective. We can also produce a procurement programme identifying key dates to ensure orders are placed in adequate time and that  deliveries are made at the right time.

We negotiate with suppliers and sub-contractors and place purchase orders on your behalf, using your purchase order template or adapting our own. 

All orders will be entered into a schedule to monitor order/delivery status and compare costs against budgets. We will also check deliver progress to avoid late deliveries.
